Our client has recently started a B2B digitization initiative to improve it’s self-service maturity. Today, B2B digital capabilities are less mature compared to B2C that has significantly improved by deploying self-service mobile capabilities i.e. OneApp or OneShop.
The role key responsibility includes:
Align with business stakeholders across NatCos on the program goals and requirements:

Setup product teams with key business and IT stakeholder in the NatCos

Conduct sprint-based workshops with NatCo business stakeholders to define product vision, elaborate and synthesize critical business and technical capabilities and processes

Build business epics to formalize aligned business requirements.
Coordinate product design for B2B self-service in the product teams:
-
Derive business processes to be simplified / self-served by digital capabilities.

Conduct feasibility workshops with vendors on solutions / PoC / Demos

Prioritize epics and define backlog based on business and technical capabilities
Ensure quality of product development meeting business vision & goals:

Define MVPs to be developed in the agile manner

Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing

Conduct product review session to ensure business buy in

Continuously enhance product backlog
Industry & Functional Skills:
-
Telecommunication with experience in the B2B / Enterprise business
-
Experienced in as a Product Owner / Product Manager in agile working model
-
Experienced in developing and enhancing agile and iteratively product vision, product prioritization and E2E product responsibility.

Experienced working in a large program w/ multi-country participation e.g. DT Natco
-
Experienced in B2B digital enablement and self-service requirements

Hands-on with telco industry B2B digital solutions i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
