YOUR WORK:

Serve as a Technical Lead for transitioning to “Cloud Managed Workspace” & support other streams of Windows 11 Service Introduction Project & Implementation of Windows 365 as a Service.

Review & enhance GAP analysis for Windows Autopilot Azure Active Directory Joined Only (AADJ) devices.
-
Prepare high-level & detailed level designs for service integration & tooling adjustments & support Project manager in preparing a detailed implementation plan.

Work on implementation (service integration & tooling adjustment) based on the plan to prepare services required for AADJ devices (e.g. LAPS, Privileged Account Management, Software Ordering, Reporting, etc.)

Work on migration of device management from SCCM to Intune in order to make Intune primary management tool for patching, application deployment, M365 Apps for Enterprise Management, Bitlocker management, etc.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
-
Multiple years of professional experience in end user services or endpoint management (concepts, methods, architecture, deployment models and platforms)

Multiple years of experience working in complex multinational environment
-
Ability to understand Business requirements and translate into technical processes
-
Long-standing experience in designing Endpoint management solutions based on MS technologies
-
Expert understanding of cloud and on prem services from MS portfolio for Endpoint management (SCCM, Intune, GPO)
-
Experience with Microsoft Server and Azure AD
-
Plus is knowledge of Adaptiva OneSite, PKI, MSI Packaging, PowerShell
-
Multiple years of experience in architecture design and consultancy environment

Ability to critical thinking and proven analytical skills
-
Ability to prepare design documentation
-
Expert knowledge of Client Hardware (Drivers, BIOS)
-
Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating System
-
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, specifically Intune
-
Expert knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Experience with implementing of Windows Autopilot and reporting from Intune
-
Expert knowledge of Windows Update for Business, Application Packaging, Endpoint Analytics, Autopilot

Knowledge of Windows 365
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit & M365 Tool Suite
-
Basic knowledge of Network (Network Topologies and Routing)
