And for just as many years, DRILL has been helping high-quality managers, experts, and companies find the right path to each other. On October 13, 2025, we will celebrate our company’s 20th birthday—two decades during which we have grown from a start-up recruitment agency into a comprehensive and international partner for HR services.
THE REVOLUTION WE EXPERIENCED
Twenty years ago, we sent CVs by fax. Today, artificial intelligence helps us find and select talent. Technology has changed radically, but one thing remains constant: human talent, intuition, and experience play the most important role. An algorithm will find you a candidate based on keywords, but only a human can recognize whether they have the right energy and will fit into the team. Over the past 20 years, we have learned to recognize true potential and know how to turn it into concrete results. We have guided many juniors on their career path to management positions.
